Seehra family is looking for a responsible, experienced, and caring individual to look after our two children, aged 9 and 6” at their residence in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Wage: C$19.00/hr.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
· Monitor children’s activities and provide supervision during play, homework, and their activities.
· Encourage educational activities and provide learning opportunities.
· Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities and outings.
· Encourage physical activities, playtime and creative pursuits.
· Help children develop good personal hygiene habits
· Foster a positive and nurturing environment.
· Offer emotional support and comfort to the children
· Administer medications if needed, following parents’ instructions.
· Provide regular updates to parents about the children’s’ activities, behaviours, and any concerns.
· Perform light housekeeping tasks relating to childcare, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play area, and doing children’s laundry.
· Assist with routines such as getting dressed, brushing teeth, and having meals.
· Prepare and serve meals and snacks, ensuring they are nutritious and appropriate for the children’s age
· Maintain safe and healthy environment in the home.
· May need to pick or drop kids from school.
· May have to accompany to buy stationary or school related items for school projects.
