Sekhon family is looking for a full time caring, loving, and responsible and a patient caregiver for their child who is 2 years 3 months old. The caregiver will be working at their residence located in Abbotsford, BC, Canada.

Position: Full time 40 hrs. / Week
Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School or equivalent. Course in Child Care will be an asset.
Work Setting: Employer’s Home
Wage: C$18/ hr
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year
Location: Abbotsford, BC, V2S 0M6
Job duties
· Supervise the child in the absence of the parents in the home of the employer.
· Discipline the child as per the methods requested by the parents.
· Prepare and serve nutritious meals to the child as per the instruction of the children.
· Bathe and make him ready.
· Assume full responsibility of the home in the absence of the parents.
· Clean the room of the child and do laundry as per the instructions of the employer.
· Maintain a clean and healthy environment at home.
· Provide age related educational training by planning activities like games, outings to parks or garden, craft and reading.
Tend to the emotional well-being of child and support his social development
· May need to accompany with the employer for the doctor’s appointment.
· Maintain safe and healthy environment at home.
· May need to perform light housekeeping duties.
Please note no smoking is allowed in or around our house and we seek strictly a non-smoking person.
WAGES & BENEFITS:
· Full time and permanent position, works 40 hrs. per week
· Vacation pay of 4% of wages per year or 10 days paid vacation.
