Caregiver needed in Surrey, BC, Canada
We are a small family and are looking for a reliable, friendly, organized and dedicated caregiver for my two-year-old child. The caregiver will be working at my residence located in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (32hr/week)

Wage: C$18.00/hr.
Language Requirement: English.
Qualification: Senior Secondary (High) School Certificate.
Experience: 1 month to 7 months.
Start Date: As soon as possible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
· Bathe, dress, change diapers and feed the child as per the instructions of the parents
· Train a child in personal hygiene
· Tend to the emotional well-being of children and support their social development.
· Make fresh and nutritive food for the child.
· Clean the room of the child, by making the bed and keeping things in the proper place.
· Do laundry of the child as per the instructions.
· Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment at home.
· May need to perform light housekeeping duties.
· Provide age-appropriate educational training through organized activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings
· Supervise and care for the child.
· Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and light housekeeping duties.
· Make the child have a nap at the proper time.
· Keep records of daily activities and health information
· Do not leave the child unattended
· Keep the house and kitchen organized to avoid any household accidents.
Additional Information:
· Non – smoker. (no smoking in or around the premises)
· Must be flexible and be able to work day, evening, flexible hours and mornings.
· Organized and reliable.
· Must be patient with the child.
· Excellent oral communication skills
Wages & Benefits:
· Full-time and permanent position, works 32hrs/week
· Vacation pays 4% of the wage per year or 10 days paid vacation.
