With the growing number of customers, we are looking forward to hiring a Business Development Officer for our Vancouver location.

Main Duties (NOC 41402) Business Development Officer:
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
· Analyze industry trends and customer needs and develop strategies accordingly
· Develop client acquisition policies
· Supervise professional and support staff.
· Perform administrative tasks, like maintaining documentation and Recordkeeping, Proposal and Contract Preparation,
· Plan development projects
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
· Recruit and hire staff
· Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
· Design market research questionnaires
· Develop feasibility studies
· Develop marketing strategies to meet and exceed targets by promoting services effectively.
· Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place and adhere to all relevant Canadian laws and regulations.
· Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
· Develop and implement business plans

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
