3A Management Corp./Frontier Bakery is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team at our Concord location. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual who will help maintain our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes.

Employment: Full-time, Permanent (35 hours weekly)
Salary: $35.00/hour

Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
As a Bookkeeper at Frontier Bakery, you will be responsible for:
Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll.
Calculating fixed assets and depreciation.
Maintaining financial records and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Keeping the general ledgers and financial statements up to date.
Posting journal entries.
Preparing statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Preparing tax returns and trial balance of books.
Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Inventory Control Software
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Experience with QuickBooks and MS Office
Work Environment:
Ability to work independently
High attention to detail
Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Ability to manage repetitive tasks and tight deadlines
Comfort working under pressure
