101207482 Saskatchewan Ltd. O/A Passion Salon & Spa, located at 113 – 2001 Cornwall St, Regina, SK is looking for one (1) Bookkeeper. Applicants to have post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting. The salary will be $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and education. Candidates with minimum of one year experience as bookkeeper or accountant are preferred. Applicants should be able to communicate in English. These are full time position. We will also consider applicants who are willing to work part time. Following are some of the duties:
· Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
· Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
· Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, utility, tax and other bills
· Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms
· Prepare tax returns and perform personal bookkeeping services
· Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.
