We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

Location– 200 Nipissing Rd, Milton, ON L9T 1R5

Salary– $26.50 / hour for 40 hours weekly

Employment type– Full Time

Start as soon as Possible.

Education– College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience– 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

·  Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

·  Calculate fixed assets and depreciation

·  Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

·   Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

·  Post journal entries

·  Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

·  Prepare tax returns

·  Prepare trial balance of books

·  Reconcile accounts

Computer and technology knowledge
