Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers Kitchen and food service helpers
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment
Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Work Location Information: Relocation costs are covered by the employer.

Specific Skills:
Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards , supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, hire food service staff; and Ensure food service and quality control, prepare budget and cost estimates, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work schedules.
