As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, the candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

1. Leadership and Supervision: Provide effective leadership to our restaurant team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. Supervise and coordinate daily operations to achieve organizational goals.

 

2. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer concerns, overseeing the dining experience, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

 

3. Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop restaurant staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and improvement.

 

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed. Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency.

 

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly.

 

6. Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting and financial planning. Monitor expenses and revenue to contribute to the financial success of the restaurant.

 

Preferred experience:

 

– Education Requirement: A Master’s degree, preferably in management.

– Sector Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the field with at least 2 years dedicated to Inventory management.

– Staff Training Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in staff training.

– Financial Acumen: Proficient in controlling a balance statement with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
