Job Description: K&P Bath Ltd dba Shefield #4 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our retail establishment. This position requires someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent organizational skills, and can effectively manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
· Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of performance.
· Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
· Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash registers.
· Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
