Handi Grill located at 3618 W Broadway Vancouver, BC, V6R 2B7 is looking to hire an Assistant Manager for their Restaurant. Candidate must have a High School Education. The Candidate should also have either one year of experience or a diploma/ certificate /degree in the relevant field. The pay per hour will be $27.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week.
The Major set of Duties for the Assistant Manager is the following but not limited to:
1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
2. Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
3. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
4. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
5. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
6. Recruit, train and supervise staff
