Frontier Bakery is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to answering phones, managing calendars, and assisting with general office duties.

Salary: $35.90/hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
Establish and implement policies and procedures.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
Answer electronic enquiries.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information.
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Provide customer service.
Maintain and manage a digital database.
