Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
– Email management; coordinating and liaising between the school and external organizations.
– Edit, proof read and transcribe correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
-Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked
– Calendar and Appointment management for school administrator and other staff.
– Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
– Manage telephone and email, and social media inquiries, relaying messages as needed
-Record meeting minutes and support events and staff intiatives.
