S. Goel Travel and Tours Inc. operating as Goel Travel located 900 Ray Lawson Blvd #6,Brampton, ON L6Y 5H7 is looking an Administrative assistant with minimum high school education. The candidate should also have either 3 months to 1 year of related experience or certificate or diploma in relevant field. We are willing to train. Pay per hour will be $28 to 30 depending on skills. This is a permanent full-time position with 32-44 hours per week.
Some of the duties of the Administrative assistant are:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages;
- Answer electronic enquiries;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support;
