Vastway Immigration Services Inc. is currently seeking two skilled and experienced administrative assistants to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Salary- $ 25.00/ hour for 35 hours weekly

Responsibilities:
· Open and distribute mail and other materials.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
· Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
· Answer electronic enquiries.
· Compile data, statistics and other information.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
· Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
· Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
· Maintain and manage digital database.
