Education Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
3 to less than 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Advanced knowledge of Access software, MS Office suite and Google Suite
Work setting

Main Duties:
§ Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
§ Determine and establish office procedures and routines
§ Schedule and confirm appointments
§ Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
§ Answer electronic enquiries
§ Compile data, statistics and other information
§ Advise senior management
§ Respond to employee questions and complaints
§ Order office supplies and maintain inventory
§ Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
§ Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
§ Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
§ Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
§ Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
§ Conduct research
§ Perform data entry
§ Provide customer service
§ Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
§ Maintain and manage digital database
§ Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
§ Assist with funeral arrangements
§ Assist with preparation of documents and presentations for Sisters, Priests and CRS Leadership
§ Determine eligibility for, and advocate/arrange for services and renewals for Sisters and Priests
§ Prepare fundraising material
§ Issue donation receipts and recording it in Access database
§ Support an environmentally friendly office: and
§ Collaborate with religious and lay residents, CRS and Presentation Manor for Seniors staff.
