SALARY: $25.00/Hour
HOURS: 30 to 35 hours/week

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountable for system implementation, accounting activities including journal entries, review P&L for completeness, payroll, financial statements.
Responsible for the year-end deliverables such as producing tax forms and filing with CRA and other regulatory boards.
Lead the month-end closing process to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reports.
Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, oversee and make sure that accounting processes are operating in compliance with all internal/external audit requirements.
Responsible to manage and guarantee accurate periodic disbursement of payments, payroll, benefits, and taxes consistent with federal and respective state wage and hour laws.
Manage and prepare periodic statistical reports of revenue, taxes, payroll, and deductions or as requested by management.
Execute cash flow analysis, financial statement, successfully maintaining weekly schedule of reporting and accurately balancing accounts.
Prepare protocols with respect to accounting and bookkeeping for other departments and protect and maintain confidential information.
Desired Skills and Experience
Completion of Secondary School is required or a college diploma in a related discipline
Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience in the position or related position
Fluent in English and Good Time Management and verbal and non-verbal Communication skills
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and Simply Accounting experience is preferred.

Able to work well in Fast Paced Environment, Attention to details and work under pressure.
