Job Requirements
Languages: English.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work Setting : Retail business, Relocation costs covered by employer
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people, Cashiers, Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Walking, standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physically demanding

Specific Skills: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.), Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Establish work schedules, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Prepare budget and cost estimates, Prepare and submit reports, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
