a full time and permanent ‘Restaurant manager’ to join our Restaurant.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $36.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Restaurant
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Stacked Pancake and Breakfast House to ensure smooth service and
a positive dining experience.
• Establish and enforce service standards and operational procedures consistent with the brand’s quality
expectations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with company
policies and performance standards.
• Prepare and manage employee shift schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency during peak
and off-peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyse sales trends, and implement pricing or procedural adjustments to
support business profitability.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols
are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for timely delivery of food products, beverages, and operational
supplies.
• Organize and oversee group bookings, private functions, and special promotions to drive revenue and
enhance customer engagement.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2
years
Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience is in the position or related position
Ability to supervise 5-10 people
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good teamwork
and Interpersonal Skills.
