Salary: $28.39 per hour (full-time / 40 hours per week)
Work Location: Various locations across Ontario
Job description:
• Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas.
• Erect and dismantle forms and barricades required at construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprint, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements for layout
• Prepare layouts, excavate, and understand elevations, leverage, and drainage and compaction methods.
• Handling of Artificial grass products made of polyethylene fibres and rubberized backing
• Layout artificial grass, measure cut and trim according to design requirements
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
Job Requirements:
• 2 – 3 years of experience
• Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Weight Handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
• Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
• Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Reliability, Team player
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, Manual dexterity
