We are seeking three dedicated Electrical Mechanic Helpers to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the electrical field.
Key responsibilities:
· Provide support to electrical mechanics in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical industrial machinery and equipment.
· Provide support to electrical mechanics in repairing and maintaining stationary electric power generating and distribution equipment.
· Maintain and organize tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
· Transport tools, materials, and equipment as necessary.
· Help prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing work areas.
· Perform other labouring and elemental tasks as required.
· Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
· Experience is an asset
· Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is an asset
· English language skills
· Ability to perform physical labor
· Willingness to learn
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Compensation and conditions:
· Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours
· The remuneration will be set at CAD$22.50 per hour
· Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
