“1420172 Ontario Ltd. O/A Dairy Max” is currently seeking a “Building maintenance worker/ Maintenance
Person- building ” to join our distribution centre/business. Dairy Max provides our customers with fast
and reliable delivery of the highest quality dairy products.

JOB LOCATION: 5050 Edward Boulevard, Mississauga, ON Canada L5T 2W3 (1 Vacancy)
JOB TYPE: Regular
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $36.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30 to 35 Hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Distribution Centre
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and make minor purchases as
needed to support operations.
– Perform minor adjustments and repairs to plumbing, and electrical systems essential for
maintaining optimal conditions for dairy product storage and distribution, and coordinate
with tradespersons for major repairs.
– Address and respond to maintenance requests from staff to resolve minor issues promptly.
– Perform daily inspections of building systems, including refrigeration units and other
critical equipment, to ensure they are functioning properly and meet health and safety
standards.
– Provide general assistance to skilled tradespeople, including mechanics, electricians,
carpenters, and plumbers, as needed.
– Oversee the preparation and maintenance of storage areas and distribution facilities to
ensure they are ready for incoming and outgoing products.
– Ensure that security and safety measures are in place to protect the facility and ensure
compliance with industry regulations.
– May move equipment, machinery, and supplies as needed for operational efficiency.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Secondary School graduation required.
• Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience is required in the position or related position
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, integrity, ethics and
professionalism
• Ability to lift upto 23lbs
• May require repetitive movements and long standing.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
