Job Requirements:
Languages: English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5 years or more.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
Computer and technology knowledge, Microsoft Vision Internet, Enterprise Applications Integration (EAI), Mail server software, Project management software, Mapping and data visualization software, Software development, Spreadsheet, MS Office, MS Windows.
Tasks: Confer with clients to identify requirements; design, develop and implement information systems business solutions; provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery; assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware; conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
Specific Skills:
Demonstrated business analyst experience within the bank or Financial Industry for IT projects. Demonstrated track record of working in various Financial Instruments.
Experience working on investment management applications like SimCorp, Charles River IMS, OMGEO, and SCOTS.
Experience with business acceptance testing and user stories for investment management projects.
Excellent understanding of semantics and their relationship to business data dictionaries.
Experience in working with key internal business stakeholders & IT teams.
Solid business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Solid organizational and relationship-building skills at all levels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical, analytical and consultative services to support developing and maintaining Investment Management and Performance Applications.
Responsible for gathering and reviewing business requirements design and technical specification documentation and putting forward a test execution plan.
Write, participate, and execute test scripts as necessary.
Write test cases to test the business requirements and their corresponding solution.
Execute test cases during different testing phases.
Log defects, follow up on their resolution, retest the resolved defects, and provide status updates on the test execution and defect resolution.
Multiple enhancements and small work requests related to the reference data management system.
Analyzed the new requirements with business users and provided solutions.
Extensive testing including unit, integration, system functional testing and regression testing.
Assisting business users in performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and bug-fixing.
Go live and provide second-level support to ensure the system performs efficiently and that customers receive the required services.
Documenting and end-user training, if required.
Documenting transition to operations deliverables, as required.
Providing advice/support to BT Planning and operations, as required.
