Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist and facilitate the company’s day-to-day business operation by answering and screening phone calls, email inquiries, and attending to administrative needs.
In charge of overall calendar management for the company, including scheduling of meetings, accepting and creating invites, and planning company affairs and events.
Reviewing company correspondence, invoices and all other company related communications and presentations.
Provide front desk support and act as a reception officer for company guests and prospective clients.
In charge of overall office supplies inventory, orders, and maintaining relationships with company suppliers and vendors
Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and updating the company filing system.
Participate in management and client meetings by preparing presentations and minutes of the meetings.
Leading communication of company policies, memoranda, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in office administration and customer service
Excellent computer skills and knowledge in using office software essentials such as Microsoft office and Google Suite application.
